What Affects Your Final Price
Concrete condition
Cracks, previous coatings, active damage all require more prep — and more prep time means higher cost.
Square footage
Larger jobs have a lower per-sq-ft cost but higher total. A 3-car garage or long driveway will cost more than a standard 2-car.
System chosen
Basic single-colour epoxy is the lowest cost. Polyaspartic, metallic, and flake systems are progressively higher.
Existing sealer removal
If there's old paint, sealer, or a failed coating on the floor, it needs to be removed before we can apply anything new.
Winter work
Jobs done in cold weather require heating equipment to maintain application temperatures, which adds to cost.
